Progress in whatever you are trying to grow is not only about working hard but resting too.

When you face frustration, burn-out or you feel like you want to quit, don’t push harder but rather rest for a while.

As humans, our physical and mental metabolism has evolved to tolerate extra pressure to a certain point. This extra pressure gives a signal to our body that it needs to build up more strength in that area.

This extra pressure is helpful only if it’s followed by enough resting and giving time to the body or mind to restore its loss.
