We expect from others to support us while we don’t take the risk to trust them. We expect our employees to work honestly and bring their best, but we don’t want to take the risk and give them the opportunities to try out something new. We as employees expect our employers to trust us with our ability but avoid taking risk and working hard with full enthusiasm and gain their trust first. We avoid putting extra effort to serve our clients because we are afraid that this could be our last chance to make the maximum profit out of them.

But the winners are those who first take the risk to place the trust in people for the hope to receive the desired results. They might lose sometimes when they trust the wrong guys, but there are always more trustworthy people who will compensate for those who are not. 

Trust is an asset that needs to be built. Invest in trust and it will pay you in time.
