If someone has already proved himself, it’s not a big deal if you believe in him, you trust him and you think he can do it. It requires courage and savvies to recognize a potential talent in someone and encourage him with positive words. Any coward can wait until someone proves himself.

You can hardly find someone who has done something amazing without the moral support of those who cared about her. Moral support is like lending courage to someone who needs it at the very critical moments in her life. We most often misunderstand that what she needs is our free advice but what most people need when they are struggling is an encouragement to fight at their best even when the odds are against them.

We don’t fail in life because we don’t have good advisors as much as because of the lack of enough encouragement. If you care about someone, show that you believe in his ability and then you can also give some suggestions for improvement here and there.
